Monthly Meetings of The Bedworth Society

Meetings are normally held at the Old Meeting United Reformed Church (opposite Tesco) in the centre of Bedworth.
The meetings generally start at 7.30pm and there is usually a small charge (£1 members, £2 visitors) for both members of the society and visitors.

All are welcome and refreshments are available.

Monday 8th January 2018. The Sixties, Coventry and me. A presentation by Larry Watson

Monday, 5th February: The Coventry we have lost: Forgotten Foleshill. An illustrated talk by David Fry.

Monday, 7th March:  Bedworth Society AGM; Followed by former Coventry footballer Jimmy Holmes (now our mayor's chauffeur) on The Day My Dream Ended. No charge.

Monday 9th April: Kiss Ethel For Me: Letters home from WW1 Bedworth Soldier Tom Harrison: An illustrated talk by John Burton to mark the centenary of Tom's death at Easter 2018.

Monday14th May: Pevsner's Warwickshire: A talk by Chris Pickford, Editor of the latest edition of this famous guide.
